All we need is your name & address, city & state, last four numbers of card (CVV number- 3 numbers on signature

Our secure on-line order form is encrypted and secure. Normal email is not. For your protection, please use the secure on-line form when sending a credit card number. Alternately some customers have sent the first eight numbers in one email and the second eight with the expiration date in a second email. A few tips for using the on-line forms.
- You may want to have notes of items you wish to order handy and view the shipping costs table before you fill out the form, as information previously entered may be lost if you click to other pages while ordering. It is not necessary to fill in shipping costs; we will be happy to calculate that for you.
- The form will not total your items for you. We will be happy to total your order and calculate shipping for you, or you may do it manually.
- All international orders will be confirmed by email with charges billed. USA orders are confirmed by 'Thank-you' message when order is placed. A human subsequently reviews your order and emails you a detailed order confirmation as soon as possible depending on order traffic.

- Since many of the items we sell are one of a kind, you may want to check availibility.
- We will hold an item for 7-10 days for payment or credit card information. We must have your name and email address or phone number to hold an item.
- We suggest that you have alternate selections in mind.
- We only bill for what we ship, and only when we ship.
- We accept orders on any medium which suits you including a plain sheet of paper.
- Please make sure that we have all relevant information requested on our order form if you email your order or if you cannot print our order form.
