Mister Softee Friction Drive Tin 1960's Ice Cream Truck (1/43)
New Old Stock. Fresh out of a 1960's carton of 12.
Made in Japan.
The truck is friction drive tin with litho and features the red, white, and blue Mister Softee cone head with bow tie on both sides and the rear door. It's an excellent representation of the actual truck. It has embossed fenders, counter molding on the sides, and window frames.
In addition to the terrific lithography the rear door opens and closes, and the front bumpers and headlights are polished tin. The chassis is a single plate and is also polished tin and embossed. The wheels are plastic.
