The term "Gasser" refers to a drag racing class developed in the 1950s and 60s. These stock looking drag cars thrilled the crowds with their performance. The engine was in the normal place, but the revised front axle raised the front end and shifted the weight to the back. One of the most spectacular of all gassers was the revised 1957 Ford. With the stylish redesign of the 1957 Sedans and their high engine power, gassers reached new heights of speed and popularity. Kit features front moon tank and dual carburetors, thru-fender headers, tube front axle with leaf springs, and more.
