When will my credit appear on my account? |

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). |
When will my credit card be charged? |

All orders are billed in advance when placed. If you order future items with current items, the order will be billed and held until all items are in stock. Due to new Federal Regulations regarding storage of credit card information, we are not able to bill as items arrive in stock. When placing your order, you have the option of choosing, "Ship Available Items, and Cancel Future Availability Kits and Out of Stock kits". If you chose this option, you will only be billed for available items which will ship with normal timing, and the rest of the order will be cancelled. You do have the option of contacting us at any time to change your order preference. In the event we cannot fill a pre-order, a full refund or credit will be issued.
