1993 MAC Tools T'Bird Busch Grand National # 28 Davey Allison (fs) Limited Production.
Davey Allison was the hottest young driver in the USA when the limited edition MAC TOOLS/Havoline kit was released in early 1993. The kit was released privately with low production quantities by Morema Marketing in conjunction with Mac Tools. The kit had very limited distribution, mainly, through Mac Tools Dealers. When Davey had his tragic helicopter crash in July of 1993 at Talledega Motor Speedway, grieving fans flocked to find and scoop up the limited MAC TOOL's Tbird kits. Average price on the kits quickly went to upwards of $100.00. Of course, over time the market has moderated and these collectible kits can now be found at more reasonable builder prices.
