Few men have impacted the sport of drag racing like Bill "Grumpy" Jenkins. His storied drag racing career began in the late 1950s and continued right up until his death in March 2012. Throughout his career, both innovation and success followed him closely.
This wonderful kit form 1973 has a couple of issues, but in general is in good shape. The kit is unbuilt and the parts are in pristine condition with one exception. The chrome is stripping off of the manifold that supports the dual carbs. A Molotow chrome pen can easily make it perfect again. The following parts are missing from the kit. The chrome reverse outer wheels, one of the chrome valve covers, the header pipes and the wheelie bar. These are all easily replaced from the parts box or from aftermarket supplies. The rest of the parts are inspected and present. The original decal is present, but most likely not usable. We have added the ultra high quality Slixx decal which you can see in the picture rotation if you are on a PC. The box has a little bit of staining, but overall in great shape for its age. The kit has been resealed on the outside to keep the contents in tact.
